Set in the under-the-radar town of Bradley Beach, just a quick walk or drive to the bustle of Asbury Park or historic Ocean Grove, the home features Brooklinen bed linens, Public Goods bathroom products, local coffee, and a spacious backyard ready for BBQ’s and post-beach happy hrs.

Guests have full access to our home except the basement and dedicated owner’s closet.

The Bright House has multiple dining areas and plenty of cozy corners for reading, board games and relaxing. Keyless door locks provide a contact free check in and you won’t have to worry about losing keys at the beach. All TVs are smart TVs with multiple streaming apps that you may log into. There is also hi-speed FIOS and brand new window A/C units throughout the home. Four Bradley Beach beach badges and beach chairs are included with your stay.
The living room features a plush leather couch, cozy reading nook set in a sunny bay window, and smart TV framed by vintage fisherman lamps and other nautical treasures.
The dining room seats 6 around a vintage McGuire dining table and features a bar cart stocked with cocktail accessories. There is also custom collage artwork of the legendary pirate “Captain Kidd” who, according to legend, buried his treasure in Bradley Beach!
The kitchen features everything you need for entertaining, plus an antique marble “ice cream parlor table” breakfast nook highlighted by whimsical artwork that nods to the “red sauce joints” of the Jersey Shore.
On the first floor there is also a powder room and laundry room with brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Ascend a cheerful coral staircase to the airy upstairs complete with three bedrooms and a full bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have luxury amenities including Allswell mattresses with Brooklinen sheets, breezy linen curtains and privacy blinds.
**BEDROOM 1 features a queen bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, cozy nook for reading, workstation and large closet.
**BEDROOM 2 features two twin beds, a large closet and dresser
**BEDROOM 3 features one queen bed, dresser and dedicated closet space across the hall
The full bathroom upstairs features a bathtub with shower, new vanity sink and plenty of storage for suntan lotion and aloe.
The spacious backyard has ample seating and features a propane BBQ grill, elevated deck with bar area and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

No car? No problem! The home is 5 blocks from the beach, plus steps away from the restaurants and cafes of Main Street. It is also a 20-minute walk (or 5-minute drive) to Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park and a 10-minute walk to historic Ocean Grove. The Bradley Beach train station is a 5-minute walk away where you can catch NJ Transit to NYC and other Shore Points including Point Pleasant, Belmar, Asbury Park and Red Bank.
