Beautiful updated home, 1.5 blocks to the beach close to stores. There’s a great outdoor area patio under the house with dining for 8, bar room that has a truefridge, + TV in the bar with more seating. Our kitchen is stocked with equipment to serve 8 people. The main bedroom has a king & a twin size murphy bed. The house is located on a quiet dead-end as well with parking for 2 mid size cars. Private OBSC1 beach. Please note—We don’t allow renters under 25 years old!

The beach AND the bay! Local restaurants, shops and center of Lavallette are about a 5-10 minute walk. Lavallette liquors is at the end of our block. A great location with access to everything!
Although our home has parking for 2 mid-size vehicles, the best way to get around is by bike. We are so close to the center of town. We do have a few bikes to use, but bring your own bike if you feel!
Beach badges are available to purchase for your stay. The home owners association of OBSC1 requires renters to purchase for one week. As of last season: $160 for 8 badges.
