We also provide a preventative maintenance schedule tailored to each property so important maintenance tasks do not get overlooked.
Yes! We provide full trust accounting and financial reporting. We will collect all accommodation fares as well as pay all property expenses incurred during each month on your behalf. At the end of each month, our owners receive a detailed financial statement of all transactions including a draw disbursement of net positive funds.
