This new property is located directly on a waterfront lagoon in Lavallette.
A modern and luxurious, brand new, five bedroom, four bathroom home perfect for a getaway with your family and/or friends. A unique feel of a boutique hotel, yet with all the comfort and space of a large family home.
BEDROOM 1 is on the main living floor off the living area with a queen bed.
BEDROOM 2 is on the top floor with a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, and a large private balcony overlooking the water.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 are also on the top floor with a queen bed in each.
BEDROOMS 5 is also on the top floor. There is a trundle bunkbed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top and pullout twin. Personal linens need to be brought for the pullout twin.
Good news! We’ll be installing a fence along the water within the next two weeks. There will be a small, secured gate for those who wish to access the area, but the fence will be designed to ensure it’s safe and child-proof to prevent any accidental falls.
